Refund Policy
We truly appreciate your support of our events and we understand things can happen that prevent you from being able to participate. We never want you to lose out on your hard earned money and so we have always been very fair in how we handle matters regarding refund and credits. In the past we handled each on a case by case basis, but the events have truly grown and we’ve had to put a policy in place. Here is our policy.
If you have to cancel,
60 Days out or more – 100% refund
14 Days – 59 Days out – transfer your entry into next year’s event.
13 Days – 4 Days out and we will give you a 50% credit towards next year.
3 Day or less, no credits or refunds
