Waiver and release: In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself, my executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby release and discharge Greg Klein, Brenda Clark, Klein and Clark Sports, LLC, Palm Springs Aerial Tram, City of Palm Springs, First Student, State of California, Riverside County and all governmental agencies whose property and/or personnel are used, and other sponsoring or co-sponsoring companies, agencies or individuals involved with this event from all rights and claims for damages suffered by my participation in this event. I also state that I am in proper physical condition to take part in this event. I will additionally permit the use of my name and picture in broadcasts, telecast, newspapers, brochures, etc., and I also understand that the entry fee is non-refundable. As a participating athlete, I certify that all the information provided in this form is true and complete.
